At Cranberries Cafe, we love to do both in-house and off premise catering! Whether it is an Open House, Family Reunion, Bridal Shower, Retirement Party, or more, let Cranberries help you! Below you will find our catering menu, however, we are always willing to work with you to create the perfect meal!

Salads

Cranberries Spinach Salad – Spinach, Mandarin oranges, Parmesan cheese, apples, cranberries, walnuts, & purple onions.
Chicken Caesar – Romaine greens mixed with croutons, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, & chicken breast.
B.L.T.T. – Mixed greens topped with turkey breast, bacon, shredded Co-Jack cheese, purple onions, & tomatoes.
Seven Layer Salad – Mixed greens, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, peas, Co-Jack cheese, & crispy bacon.
Chef Salad – Mixed greens, turkey breast, ham, American & Swiss cheeses, tomatoes, purple onions, & cucumbers.
Layered Mexican Salad – Refried beans, green peppers, onions, black olives, salsa, shredded cheese, & lettuce. Served with tortilla chips.

Catering Information

Off Premise

  • Delivery within 10 miles is included,  $10 charge 11-20 miles
  • Heavy, Styrofoam plates, plastic silverware, & paper napkins are available at a cost of $0.25 per person
  • Staffing is available at $12.00 per hour per server
  • Final guest count will be due four days prior to your event
  • Buffet set up & service of buffet is included.  
  • 6% sales tax and 10% service will be added to the final bill.

In-House

  • 18% Service Charge & 6% Sales Tax will be added to the total bill
  • Complete payment is expected at the end of your event. Cash or checks are preferred.
  • $50 room fee for 50 or less is required to reserve your date. There will be an additional $1 charge per person over 50 in attendance
  • White linen table coverings, white linen napkins, china, set-up, & clean up are included in room fee
  • Sunday parties must have a minimum of 35 guests & a maximum of 90 guests
  • Saturday parties have a maximum of 45 guests with no minimum, unless other arrangements are made.
  • Saturday parties must be completely vacated by 3:30 PM
  • Menu choice must be decided upon two weeks prior to your event
  • Final guest count will be due four days prior to your event.  A 5% drop is allowed in the final billing.
  • Decorating is allowed one hour prior to your guests’ arrival. No confetti products and no nails or tape on the walls or furniture.
  • Bud vases are available for use at no charge.
