Join us for this casual and fun night as Chef Mitch Plant cooks exhibition style and Wine Master John pours wine for tasting.

Menu includes:
First Course – Mixed greens topped with goat cheese beignets and remoulade vinaigrette. Paired with Chloe Chardonnay

Second Course – Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya. Paired with Hahn Pinot Noir

Third Course – Catfish Cakes finished with a light cream sauce and served with Cajun grits and paired with Hess Shirttail Sauvignon Blanc

Fourth Course – Slow roasted beef brisket topped with demis sauce served with potato and greens. Paired with Imagery Cabernet
